The in-house management team comprises of eleven young (some young at heart), energetic and friendly managers and support staff with a combined industry experience of over 96 years. We provide high quality services in a very relaxed and friendly manner ensuring our investors, our tenants and our representatives all enjoy and remember a pleasant experience dealing with us.

Company Profile
Incorporated in 1994, we are an independent family-run full service real estate brokerage firm. Since then, we have developed into Vancouver's premier boutique management firm of choice for individual and small time investors, both local and offshore. In our trading division we have over fifty-five representatives, from very diverse backgrounds, collectively can speak fifteen different languages, serving clients from home sellers, first time buyers, real estate investors, to builders and developers. We speak Cantonese, English, French, Gujarati, Hindi, Japanese, Hungarian, Korean, Latvian, Mandarin, Philipines, Punjabi, Swahili, Taiwanese, and Vrdu. Licensing, Bonding & Insurance
Sunstar Realty Ltd. is fully licensed under the Real Estate Services Act of British Columbia with the Real Estate Council of British Columbia. All property managers and assistants are licensed for rental property management. We are member of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, the British Columbia Real Estate Association, the Credit Grantors Association of Vancouver and Equifax Canada. Our company is fully bonded and insured by the Real Estate Errors and Omissions Corporation.
Office Location
Our office is centrally located in the heart of the city of Vancouver. Our strategic location allows us to travel to and service any rental properties within our service area within 20 minutes driving time. Our office takes up 3 units of the corner commercial plaza at 3003 Kingsway, which is wholly owned and managed by the principals of the company. All premises are highly secured and monitored by an independent fire prevention company and a security monitoring company.

Financial Position
Sunstar Realty Ltd. is a privately held and financially sound company. We handle millions of dollars of rental revenue for our clients in a separate trust account, which is strictly monitored by the Real Estate Council of British Columbia. By law, our books are audited annually and a Chartered Accountant's report is filed annually with the Real Estate Council of British Columbia. Accountability is our foundation. We understand because we are investors, too.
